Nut Butter Blender Muffins

Chicken Liver Pate

This is a lovely recipe that can be made more mild by caramelizing the onions. Any kind of pate (in moderation) is going to be a robust source of iron rich fuel. If you even a little bit curious about pate, give it a chance!
