The changes in the postpartum can be profound and these ongoing sessions are flexible and open. While I do not come into these meetings with a particular agenda, in general, we will cover a lot of ground, dive deeper into your needs and address ongoing concern, changes and challenges.
The timing and topics are flexible to meet your needs however, generally it is recommended we have one meeting in the Third Trimester, one in the early postpartum and one in the first three months. We can add more sessions if you'd like.
Third Trimester meeting tends to center around onboarding, planning, and preparations.
The second session is in the early postpartum is to discuss your labor and delivery and some methods to replete yourself based on what's happened and what's happening.
The third session address ongoing challenges and we work to deepen balancing and repletion.
There is always the opportunity to discuss specific cooking guidance, powerhouse foods, professional referrals and what ever else may be on your mind.
